I am writing to share my experience with the private lender I recently worked with for the first time. Overall, I found the experience to be excellent. The process was handled very professionally and efficiently, which greatly impressed me. Communication throughout the transaction was clear and prompt. John (Gianni) D'Andrea in particular, was very good at maintaining consistent and effective communication, ensuring that I was kept informed at every stage. While I found the fees associated with the communication to be slightly higher than expected, I believe the value and quality of the service made it worthwhile.
